Will your DVD play on my DVD player?
We use the highest compatibility standards when processing your order.
Our brand name DVD-R has been proven one of the most compatible general use media disc in circulation.
We have found that our dvds play in 99% of all domestic dvd players.
DVDs are printed directly during our process, eliminating stickers or labels that some times cause issues with DVD players.
I have very specific needs for my menu, chapters, editing, etc. Can you help?
Most customers find our standard removal of blank film and chapter insertion sufficient, but we are always happy to work with you to meet your needs.
Customer Tip: Please provide as much information as possible either in your package or via email. ie DVD Title Text, photo use.
This will ensure we are better able to meet your needs.
What is your turnaround time for film and video orders?
Our average video turnaround time is 2to 3 days depending on the volume of customers we are dealing with ant a particular time.
What types of stuff do you convert?
We convert everything, Old Wedding Videos, Home Movies, Holidays, Sporting Events, Honeymoon Footage, School Plays, Old Training Videos and even the odd Hollywood Movie (we don't duplicate more than one copy as this would be in breach of copyright law)
How can I be sure my order is secure?
We receive orders from around the counrty on a daily basis. We have gone to great lengths to ensure that your materials are safe throughout our entire process.
Movies and film are not damaged during our transfer process. Everything you provide, we return including: cassettes, photos etc.
We treat your cassettes and photos with the utmost case and attention, we do however come accross the odd cassette that breaks during the conversion process hence all the more reason to get your old cassettes converted as soon as possible.

What is the best way to preserve my home movies?
We recommend that you transfer your film to a DVD plus a hard drive. The hard drive will serve as a back up and archive for your videos.
How many DVDs or hard drives will I receive? How many DVDs will it take to complete my order?
We will provide as many DVDs or hard drives as necessary. We have removed the need for you to count, presort or organize your film and videos.
There is no guesswork involved in our process. For example, if your order takes 20 DVDs to create a complete copy, that is what we deliver.
If it is a complete Home Movie collection we consult and stay in touch constantly during the conversion process to ensure we obtain the desired result.
I want to edit my new DVD on my own computer. What is the best option for me to do this?
Hard drives are the easiest option for customers wishing to edit their movies. Our dvds can be ripped to your own hard drives and your own editing process can begin however it is a labourious process for anyone not used to editing and this is why we provide an editing service also.
What you'll need:
Computer with USB port, Editing software or other software capable of editing, dvd burning disc drive.
Can I order more copies once my order has been processed?

How do I get my cassettes & photos to you?
We have two drop off/collection points in Sligo Town, (Core Concepts, The Mall & VideoCity, Wine St. Carpark) or you may drop them off at our home office or by courior or post (please register your package if posting) you may also email me with photos for the disc & cover design.

We can provide you with an editing service to help you condense and compile your old collection of vhs cassettes and camcorder cassettes, by cutting out the bits you don't want, adding music & titles where required etc.
This clip originally recorded on 8mm tape in the mid 70's, was converted to vhs in the 80's and more recentely converted to dvd and uploaded to youtube, although extremely short (2mins) it is still extremely precious to everyone connected directly and indirectly to the people involved.
